Amy Foell is an experienced therapist specializing in attachment-based trauma, ADHD, blended family dynamics, and working with young adults in transition. With over two decades in the field, Amy is passionate about helping individuals grow their resilience, deepen their sense of self, and overcome barriers to living their best lives.
What brought you to counseling?
My career in counseling began in 1999, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in various educational settings and clinical practices. My personal and professional experiences have fueled my passion for helping others find healing and resilience.
What’s it like to work with you?
I focus on building authentic, trusting relationships with my clients. I work collaboratively to help individuals manage life stressors, transitions, and the emotional challenges they face. My approach is integrated and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.
What are your specialties?
I work with individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment trauma, and partners of those with personality disorders. My approach integrates modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and humanistic therapy, ensuring that care is individualized and holistic.
